Risk Management

 

A core part of our role is to manage the risk associated with the recruitment process on behalf of our clients.

As part of our detailed due diligence process, we work with you and conduct verbal reference checks to cover areas of critical interest and risk and provide you with a detailed referencing report.  We also verify academic qualifications and memberships of professional bodies.

In addition, if requested by you, we are able to offer testing, psychological evaluation and full background and police screening where appropriate.

We are always driven by ‘what is in the best interests of our client’ rather than a desire to simply make an appointment.
