Emily has deep experience in providing top level research and consulting expertise for executive search assignments across a wide range of industries and for many different senior management roles.
She began her career as a researcher for a boutique executive search firm before joining the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games (SOCOG) where she worked as a Manager, running the Leisure Centre at the Athlete’s Village. At the completion of the Games in 2000, she joined the international executive search firm, Russell Reynolds Associates.
In 2003 Emily joined Talent Intelligence, a talent management and succession planning organisation in Sydney before moving to the Melbourne office as Account Manager in 2005. During her time with Talent Intelligence, Emily worked with a range of ASX 100 companies developing talent solutions including talent pipelining, succession planning and executive search.
At The Insight Group, Emily applies her research and consulting expertise on a range of executive searches and across a variety of industry sectors.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Information Studies) from UTS and a Graduate Diploma in Business (Human Resource Management) from Swinburne University.
